Eleventh - South Pattaya, Chonburi
In prime location of Pattaya city. 900 metres away from the beach and walking street (Just like Patpong Street in Bangkok where you can enjoy pub and discoque). In walking area you can find restuarant, coffee shop as starbuck and shopping center.

Eleventh City Home service an apartment and also guesthouse.

AS APARTMENT - Monthly rate, minimum of 6-month contract, eletric and water fee collect by meters.

AS GUESTHOSUE - Daily/Monthly rate net No breakfast

TOUR SERVICES - Sightseeing tour and all other traveling services (eg. air ticket, transfer)

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time: 13.00 onward
Check out time: 12.00 not later than

Early check in during 6.00 - 12.00, half day charge.
Late check out during 12.00 - 18.00, half day charge.
Check in/out at other period, one day charge.

On check in required the ID card with photo.

For guesthouse check in, there are 500 Baht/room deposit required. The deposit amount will be refund on checking out.
